Join us at MAKE Roanoke for another FREE Maker Mini to learn about Taps and Dies!

Taps and Dies are tools used to cut threads for nuts and bolts (or similar hardware). In this lecture-style Maker Mini, students will learn about:

  • Types of Taps and their Applications
  • Tap and Clearance Drill Sizing
  • Types of Dies
  • General Threading Concepts

This class is suitable for beginners, and is recommended for ages 8 and up.
